Authentic antique Norwegian tine box, a traditional Scandinavian folk art storage container used historically for food and pantry storage.
This hand crafted bentwood box features a beautifully aged surface with deep, warm patina developed over time. The carved lid includes a central handle and traditional locking tabs. The construction and wear tell a wonderful story of use and heritage.
The box remains fully functional. There is a small crack in the lid latch area, consistent with age, but it does not affect usability and adds to the authentic antique character.
