Antique Swiss Silver Pocket Watch – ca. early 1900s
This fine antique Swiss pocket watch is housed in a solid 0.800 silver case. The inside back cover is hallmarked “0.800” for silver content and stamped with a serial number.
The white enamel dial features black numerals and a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock. The hands are gold-toned, adding contrast and elegance. The dial shows age-related wear: multiple cracks across the enamel and through the subsidiary seconds dial, but the center around the hands remains intact with no enamel loss. Despite these flaws, it remains legible and displays its antique charm.
The movement is a manual wind Swiss lever movement with gilt finish and visible jewels – a classic design from the early 20th century.
