Bjarne Walle (10 April 1911–9 May 1989) was a Norwegian author and woodcarver. He lived all his life in Norway/Bamble and, in addition to writing, he was engaged in wood cutting, mostly with sculptures. He was productive and had several exhibitions at home and abroad. He is one of the most respected wood carvers in Norway and has an incredible ability to make figures come alive.
The bear family appears to be in good vintage condition,has some cracks as shown in pictures.
