This vintage Parker PAN 40 Vacumatic fountain pen in the highly sought-after Emerald Pearl finish is a classic example of American Art Deco writing instrument design from the 1930s–1940s.
The Vacumatic line (produced 1932–1948) is known for its distinctive laminated striped celluloid construction, creating a beautiful semi-transparent layered effect in green and black tones. The pen features Parker’s iconic arrow clip and decorative gold-filled cap band.
It is fitted with a 14K gold nib.
The Vacumatic plunger filling system (rubber diaphragm type) will require servicing and diaphragm replacement before use. The pen has not been ink tested and is sold as a vintage collectible writing instrument in unrestored condition.
Condition:
Good vintage condition with light surface wear, minor scratches, and age-related marks consistent with careful use.
An excellent addition to any Parker, Art Deco, or vintage fountain pen collection.
🎁 A distinguished gift for pen collectors and lovers of classic writing instruments.
