This extremely rare Rock Valley Toys Chrysler New Yorker tin car was made in Japan around 1958. It is a beautifully detailed mid-century tinplate model with a blue body, cream roof, and red lithographed interior typical of premium Japanese toy production of the era.
The car features a working friction-drive mechanism and rolls smoothly when pushed. The tin body shows age-appropriate wear, including scratches, roof paint loss, and patina. The underside is marked “JAPAN” and is missing one screw, which does not affect display.
