This early 1910s Elgin railroad pocket watch is an authentic Norwegian estate find, housed in a Keystone Silveroid case and fitted with a reliable 7-jewel Elgin movement. The watch ticks and runs, with unknown service history, and shows the honest wear expected from a timepiece used extensively over the decades.
The back of the case features a worn railroad motif—barely visible but still recognizable as a classic locomotive engraving, adding charm and historical character. Inside the case are multiple service marks, suggesting long-term use and maintenance throughout its working life.
The white dial has Arabic numerals, blued hands, and a sub-seconds register at 6 o’clock. The original glass crystal shows age-related wear consistent with its history.
