Antique Scandinavian brass trade weight marked “16 L” with crown stamp, used in traditional merchant and market scale systems. This solid square weight represents an official Nordic weight standard and features a visible lead adjustment plug used historically for precise calibration.
Such weights were used by merchants, apothecaries and traders throughout Scandinavia during the 19th century. The crowned stamp indicates official verification, adding historical authenticity and collector appeal.
