Step back into a quiet Norwegian winter landscape with this vintage framed Porsgrund porcelain art plaque featuring “Skogsvegen” by Harald Kihle. Harald Kihle was a Norwegian painter and graphic artist known for expressive portrayals of rural life, horses, workers, and the Norwegian landscape. The original “Skogsvegen” motif dates from 1965. This is not the original lithograph, but a later Porsgrund reproduction made on genuine feldspar porcelain and produced in a limited edition, according to the original label attached to the reverse. The title and the artist’s signature are reproduced along the lower edge of the porcelain image.
