A distinctive German mechanical wall clock by Kienzle, dating to the 1950s. Its sculpted wooden case, warm brass-colored trim, and original cord suspension give it an elegant mid-century character.
The gently curved case frames a cream-colored chapter ring and a wood-grain center. Stylized numerals at twelve and six alternate with simple hour markers, complemented by slender gold-toned hands. A curved glass cover protects the dial, which is marked “Kienzle” and “Made in Germany.”
The original braided hanging cord extends to a decorative circular wall mount, creating a light, suspended appearance. The combination of warm wood, metallic accents, and restrained dial design makes this clock an appealing focal point for a mid-century, Scandinavian-inspired, or vintage interior.
